      I lived at magnolia townhomes for 18 months. It's quiet there and the staff are very nice and attentive to the tenants needs. I would highly recommend to anyone.

      Magnolia townhomes is a very quiet community. I lived there for a year and a half and I really enjoyed the time I spent there. The maintenance guy very attentive and courteous. Thanks to April for always being courteous and helpful. God bless!

      Been calling about an application I put in 2 days ago they dont answer the phone there's nothing my record and I have a great job im not understanding why me and as potential resident not being handled correctly there is no form of communication I've been up there twice it finest take that long to process and application

      Apartments are over 40 years old. Prices go up every year. They have a new 3rd party utility billing service provider 'Conservice'. BEWARE of OVERCHARGING! Maintenance requests are ignored. Welcome to Magnolia Townhomes!
