Do not live here! As a former resident of this place I can tell you that the management is not great. I would call the front office several times during office hours and no one would answer even though they would be in their office when I walked down . If you put in a service order do not expect it to be taken care of within the period, you are told. When I decided not to extend my lease the management was very rude to me. The apartment complex is also unsafe. Trust me, there are other places with better management and services to live at.
I love living here its clean, quiet, and a pleasant place to live. Management team is very friendly and make you feel welcomed. My apartment is so beautiful we live in the new building with great upgrades. I really love it here and dont plan on going anywhere til I buy my first house.
Parking is terrible. My building has enough parking for the first floor only and they won't do anything about it. The gym is frequent unavailable due to the electronic key frequently being out. The apartments are over priced for the quality. Neighbors smoke and leave cigarettes everywhere. Management was informed numerous times and never did anything about it. I had to get to a two room apartment due to an error on their end. They only allowed me one key, one Parking pass, and one key for the workout room even though their are two names on the lease and we are paying the two bedroom price. I would 100 percent not recommend this apartment complex. Had I been able to move to another apartment I would have.
Reserve at Park West is a great community to live in. My likes and dislikes are: I've lived at Reserve at Park West for almost a year, and it has really been one of my better experiences as far as apartment living is concerned. The leasing team is superb, and truly understand what it means to exemplify customer service. They treat you like a neighbor rather than just a number living in an apartment. Any time I've had a maintenance request, it was addressed within one business day. One of the most important things for me about this community is that I have never felt unsafe living here, whether during the day or evening.
Some of the staff has been hard to deal with, but the assistant manager has really been pleasant to work with. My likes and dislikes are: The grounds are kept very well. It is a clean neighborhood and that makes a big difference when choosing where to live.
