The apartments are too high. The neighbors/neighborhood is ratchet. No parking where you actually live. Keep changing management. Want really fix the apartments. But the school district is good so I guess that's why I still stay here until I can find something better in the same area.

Quail Pointe is a very nice and quiet apartment complex. The grounds are well kept and the apartment issues are attended to in a timely matter.
