I have lived at Park Square for several years and chose this apartment for its access to wonderful places to shop and eat all in walking distance. I love my apartment. I find the managers are friendly and always ready to answer questions and take care of any problems I might have. I can jump onto 26 and 85 just up the road. The apartments are well maintained and I look forward to being here many more years.
I just recently moved out of Park Square and I have been there for many years. It's actually kind of bitter sweet for me. While living in Spartanburg I have made friends and went through a lot of good experiences in my personal and professional life. As far as living in Park Square it was great. I truly don't having anything bad to say. No matter where you go you will have you experience up's and down's. Truly. Yes, Park Square did go through a change of management but the staff has always so nice, helpful, and professional. With change it takes time to adapt. And some people don't understand and grow to be impatient. But I was understanding of that thought since I work with the public as well. Thank you so much for everything Gage and Tracy and I wish you guys nothing but the best.
The management was awful we. Moved in the dishwasher didn't work and there was a blown braker. We let management know the same day. He said it would be fixed a week later. Nothing ever happened went back he said they were backed up on work orders that it would be fixed shortly. 3 weeks later still nothing was done. I was paying over $900 a month in rent and the dishwasher didn't even work. I got transferred for my job paid the braking lease fee and turned in the 60 day notice. When I went in to turn in the keys it was different manager. She had no idea that I broke my lease early and there were no work orders put in for anything I requested. No one should move in there it was awful.
We moved in at the very end of November and at that time three outlets we're missing covers, floor vent was missing, no security arm for the sliding door, sliding door didn't work, screen was bent. We sent all of this to the managers attention and were promised that it would he fixed. After 4 months part of the vinyl in the bathroom started peeling up but not from water damage. Then in the hallway the vinyl created a massive bubble. All of this immediately reported and promised to be fixed. Kept on them and kept on them and nothing was done about any of the above mentioned. Water damage could be seen on the ceiling in the living room and bathroom and nothing done. The guy working the office never submitted work orders like he said he was. It came time for our lease to be up there was no warnings no notices and they refused to work with us.
Stay away! Still waiting for maintenance to put lock on broken door 6 months later. Terrible. Had Mold in restroom, they just spray painted over it. Soooo many issues that no one cares about.
