Spring Creek

Pretty place, but it's competitive where I'm living now price-wise. Have to have that something extra for me to move.

Moved few days ago and I have nice view. The staff is very kind they have help me out since Im older and need assistance. So far they are wonderful.

If I could give a zero Stars I would because they do not keep up maintenance and when you put in a maintenance order they do not do the maintenance order and fix the problems and I could go on and on and on all day but that's just it don't rent from them

The apartments are very old. The air conditioning units and appliances need to be replaced.

They let anyone move in and don't enforce rules.

Living here was awful. When I was looking at the apartments they showed me an upgraded one and said that the non-upgraded would be very similar, when I moved in the appliances looked like they belonged in the 80s. They also told me that my rent would only be $710 for my 1 bedroom but after they finished tacking on all of their stupid fees I was paying almost $810 a month. Don't even get me started on their maintenance team, when I moved in the cabinets were dripping with stain and I had to call them like 3 time before they did anything and the entire time I was there they never fixed my sink. They only had one good maintenance man who actually cared about the tenants, poor guy got stuck changing my water heater on new years eve and watched the ball drop with us. There is also a lot of crime and mentally ill residents, my down stairs neighbor was a crazy old lady who always yelled at nothing late at night into the morning and one time she tried barging into my apartment when I was leaving because she thought her granddaughter was in there for some reason, cops were called several times and the management never did anything. Oh and the dog park which the rediculous pet fees are supposed to go towards is a piece of trash.
