Took over 2wks to get a response email, which didn't even address my questions, just said to schedule a tour. I'm relocating from CT and just had a couple questions... Is this the trend of listing properties?

Have yet to receive a response about my interest in moving in. Very disappointed but after reading reviews maybe it was for the better.

This place has a bunch of hidden fees, if you have dogs find another place to live. They DNA test your dog's poop for any trace amount left behind. When asked for a standard for poop left behind, the property manager got defensive and said any amount that can be tested for DNA. DNA can be found on any trace amount, so this point did not make sense. Also, one needs to give a 60 day notice to leave if not you'll be fined your rent. Also, the punishment for breaking your lease is paying out the rest of your lease. If I could give a zero I would.

This was an ok community until I moved out. On my moving day they just walked in to show my apartment. No notice. Just a quick knock and walk in. My place was disorderly. I was a mess as anyone is on a day you are moving furniture and stuff. Terribly rude and inconsiderate. Putting one in an awkward position. I would not recommend. Carpet is also junky and will not hold up. Ravels on edges quickly. Be sure to note all issues at move in on sheet to turn in to office. Closet doors that slide will fall off tracks. Air conditioning broke 3 times on the hottest days of summer. Look somewhere else before moving here. Management upon move in was better than at move out. I would saw really beware!!!
