Visited property with out making appointment but had previously spoken via email to a sweet young lady. Gorgeous site. Traveled around community and noticed how well groomed each area seemed. Was greeted in office by Anna an enthusiastic young woman. She was eager to help without appointment and although it was not her Id spoken with. Remarkable Experience from both the original staff member via email as well as a positive experience today. I would recommend making appointment before visiting on Saturdays just in case one was not as lucky as myself in Arriving with out any appointments surpassing me. 60 days is required of me to leave my current place and once leaving ballantine today I will be submitting my intention to vacate on Monday and will soon live there too

Came in this past Saturday with my husband to view an apartment. Did not call ahead to make appointment, but was surprised at the attentiveness We received even without one. I was skeptical To inquire Ill admit because I've never before rented, and I was anticipating a typical pushy salesperson. the office was only ran by one person since it was a Saturday, but the young lady (Ana) who met us at the door was patient and made me feel less overwhelmed. She filled my husband and I with excitement before the tour even began! Customer service is huge to me, because its rare to come across genuine people now days! We are highly likely to rent here when that time comes because If Anas customer service was any reflection of the other staff members then I know it's the place for us!

This community is perfectly located minutes from the hospital, financial institutions, gas stations, eateries, supermarkets, and interstate 385! The staff is friendly and welcoming to all! The floor plans are really nice too!

Good luck if you ever want to try to use ANY of the amenities listed. The pool is always full of children that dont live here, or its closed because of a stupid issue. Machines are down if you want to work out, gas tanks for the grills are empty, and its straight up ghetto in most areas. Most of the people living here dont try to take care of it, they just destroy it. Dog poop is EVERYWHERE in the grass. Would NEVER recommend living here. Its too expensive for what its worth. Maybe if they went down in rent, but for the price you can definitely find better accommodations elsewhere.

Awesome customer service. They truly make you feel like your family. Great experience!! I highly recommend Lauren, shes the best, I feel if it wasn't for her help, guidence and good nature we wouldn't be renting from Ballantyne Commons!!!
