Ascent at Grande Place

GO ELSEWHERE! You will not have any peace and quiet here. There is no peace at all. They recently installed 'speed bumps' to slow people down. The speed bumps are located right in front of my bedroom window. Talk about being LOUD! I am constantly awakened through the night. I hear my neighbors talking through the walls & talking/yelling loudly outside CONSTANTLY. You will denied your right of quiet enjoyment here. This place has become a DOG PARK! Countless number of times, tenants bring their dogs out and the dogs constantly bark. How about before 6:00 AM! Parking is ATROCIOUS. Good luck finding a spot. I parked by a curb nearby (like many of us do) just to park! If you get home late in the evening, you won't find a parking spot. They towed my car & I had to pay $150 to get it back. Nowhere to park so I parked close to curb. Their response: "Please contact the office to further discuss the issue they will be happy to walk you through your ledger to demonstrate there is no fee related to any sort of towing charges". FALSE STATEMENT! I paid my rent, less $150, and you are now demanding it to be paid back. I WOULD NOT recommend living here at all! Thank you, to the so-called 'caring' NEW property management company DLH properties. In one of the reviews, they openly admit that: "We here at DLH deeply care for our residents and make it our mission to do out part to ensure our residents are taken care of. When it comes to apartment living it is frustrating when parking spots are taken up as there is no assigned parking on the property." LAUGHABLE. If you take so much care of your residents, why did you tow my car away? Here is one way of caring . . . subtract the towing charge off my rent.

From the day I visited the community for the first time until now, Ive found the staff to be very warm and inviting! These apartments are built so well, with quality, and sturdiness, lovely appliances and fixtures. And so roomy! The 9-foot ceilings make it feel even more special. I am still unpacking, but once I am finished, I am confident that I will call it home for many years ahead. The trash valet service had been a blessing, as I am temporarily handicapped. Last week, I noticed a sign in front of the office that announced that there was a wine tasting in the office spaces. There were only a few residents there, but I had the most pleasant time meeting people and chatting it up! To sum it up, I love it here! I am from Greenville and decided to give Simpsonville a shot for a different change of pace, and I am glad I made the right decision!

One simple word. This is an Awesome and Perfect community to live.

overall i like it. brand new. new appliances but biggest issues are that the walls are thin.you can literally hear next door neighbors conversations. apartments were rushed when put together. stairways are starting to look trashyz so many flaws. parking is not good. be ready to walk 2 buildings over everyday
