What Renters Like and Dislike

What Renters Like and Dislike About Simpsonville

close to the main street, close to stores. Everyone is friendly and helpful in problems and helpful

My neighborhood is simple and quiet. There nice bars and restaurants and it it's really family friendly.

We have an HOA in our neighborhood that helps regulate everything and make sure people are doing what they are suppose to be doing. We are very close to the downtown area and can walk to our favorite local places. Our neighborhood has a park located in it.

My neighborhood has been around for 100 years. It was one of the first neighborhoods in Simpsonville. Currently it sits in the heart of downtown Simpsonville where there are a lot of great local restaurants and public places like the library and postal service, and less than a 3 to 5 minute drive away from larger shopping store chains and national chain restaurants like O'Charley's and Starbucks.

It is safe to walk in the community at night, the police force is sufficient in the community, and there are many supermarkets and shopping markets near the community, which is very convenient. I like to go for a walk in the park near the community to relax

I like my neighbors. I also like that most everyone keeps up their yards. The neighborhood is also very safe.
