Maintenance needs to step up and get things done. I called the front office about a wasp problem on my patio. To this day know one has been by. Second 2 months ago they didnt clean under the sink when I moved in called front office and still know one showed up. Third I put in a work order for my dishwasher wasnt working instead of comimg to look at it he sent a email saying he was going to send out the manufacture company to look at it. Instead I looked at it and seen the water was not turned on so I turned it on. Then 4 days later he came by and left a note saying he fixed it which was a lie . No I fixed it. Maintenance needs to be honest and step it up.
