They recently painted the doors blue & white, it looks ridiculous! Why paint dented old doors, what are the owners planning on doing to improve this property? The apartments are DATED! , full of mold, you have to provide your own pest control. Electric bill is 345-400 month two bedroom apartment no one is home 10 hours per day thermostat set @ 70. No installation around the widows, the ventilation where the filter is you feel a cold breeze coming out of it 24-7. Cant be sealed off! The city & DHEC should investigate the mold issues! Do not consider leasing, the leasing agent can be pleasant that doesnt make up for sud standard apartments! The parking lots are full of large potholes! Bugs, floods, mold, old appliances, no ceiling lights in the bedrooms! The company has the audacity to charge a deposit even with great credit!!! March 2020 is the last month I will be paying to exist versus living in an apartment thats 990 per month. The owners should invest in RENOVATING THE PROPERTY EASY ACCESS TO 77 , ADD GYM, ANOTHER SWIMMING POOL, CEMENT PARKING LOTS, THIS PROPERTY HAS THE POTENTIAL TO BE GREAT. We are leasing a property its 1450 per month, no deposit, new property.
Ride through the parking lot, large pot holes. Look closely at the cabinets cheap gray paint. Mold in my apartment , five floods less than a year. I am my exterminator, if I didnt spray the roaches & other bugs would take over. The lighting is dated, the HVAC system is very dated I have to purchase filters. The window in the master bedroom along the seal has debris from the outside coming in. If I didnt roll up a blanket put on the window seal it would feel like the window is cracked. Do not consider living here, you will regret it. Ride by and look @ the doors on the patios. The washing machine above me leaked flooded my closet, its wet & smells the padding needs replacing they shampoo the carpet in the closet. The carpet was soaking wet & you add more water versus extraction or replacing it. My lease is up soon, not soon enough.

I have been living at The Villas at Riverview for 6 months and have been without an A/C for 3 months. There is sewage flowing out of the apartment below my apt in 82A& 82B. I understand why the other residents considers the new owners to be slumlords. They do not fix anything and the City of Rock Hill Code Enforcement and DHEC has been notified. The steps up to my unit are failing apart. My storage space on my patio does not have a door. Bugs and rats are a constant issue. This place should be shut down!
