I have lived in Quail Ridge East Apartments for over 2 years now. I am about to make it three! I love the prompt service and willingness to listen and respond to tenants. Me and my pup love living in our apartment and the balcony is her favorite sun spot. We are so glad to have found our apartment and we love the location!

"There are numerous housing choices available, but don't pass by the apartments at Quail Ridge & East Gate Villa Apts in Rock Hill, SC during your search. The highly-rated apartments are located in a quiet neighborhood and have a host of amenities, including a playground.
Don't worry about having some guests over because finding an open spot on the street isn't a problem. Residents, on the other hand, have a parking lot in the complex. The tree-lined streets and surrounding wooded areas are appealing features of the area around the complex. Don't skimp on safety. Whatever is going on in the neighborhood is monitored, thanks to security cameras.
