I would not trust the people that work here. They literally tried to rent me a handicap apartment without informing me beforehand. Why would they think I want a handicap apartment when Im not handicap? Why didnt they tell me this at the time I did the application and gave $100? I wouldve never applied for that. It was extremely nasty in the apartment on 7/26/21 and my move in date was 7/27/21! The carpet was really old and worn, it smelled molded, the cabinets were damaged, the rest of the floors had carpet removed and they were going to leave the bare ugly wood as the flooring for the rest of the apartment. Just tacky. They have trash piled everywhere outside the dumpster which is embarrassing if you have visitors. The office is extremely rude and they kept the $100 I put down to hold the apartment which is wrong. I will be contacting action 9 this morning.

Nasty don't fix appliances my mom has had trouble with stove it only has one eye that works. Refrigerator licks inside has to be emptied 2 times a day. She has told manager there she has done nothing bout it . Been that way bout two yrs.

Sweetest staff ever!!! Called and did an application through the Florence office Ms. Danielle is amazing then got to the property and what they may lack in out side looks the make up for being friendly, helpful & THERE THE ONLY APARTMENTS THE ANSWER THE PHONE WHEN YOU CALL! Ready to move on the 21st!!

I was reviewing the apartments and they are very nice I would like to know how I can apply my wife and I'm 65 and she is 72 years of age thanks so much

Very nice office staff are very sweet people the office let you in and you meet face to face also they pick there phone up
