Terrible experience at move in. Carpet was infested with fleas, and had to vacate the apartment 3 times for extermination to bomb the apartment. Carpet had to be treated daily for an entire month to rid the apartment of all fleas. Community staff agreed to lower rent for that month, but never did, and actually charged a $195 extra clean fee.
