What Renters Like and Dislike
What Renters Like and Dislike About North Charleston
My neighborhood is close to the beach, great restaurants and entertainment and also close to a very nice downtown that is famous for history and beauty
The neighborhood is centrally located in a spot where everything is literally a five to ten minute drive in any direction.
I enjoy the general quiet in the area and the friendliness of most neighbors. Also love that is very conveniently built next to excellent public schools and county recreational facilities. We are surrounded by 3 to 4 gas stations, specialty eateries and emergency medical clinics.
I like the amenities that are offered. I like that there is a Starbucks right down the street. I Ike the residents.
The neighborhood is maybe a 25 minute drive from my job. I have restaurants, gas stations, and the mall close by. I live going to the movies which is nearby with my family.
The fact that nobody bothers me is priceless. Add to that the benefit of being independent of a landlord for my home. The lot I live on doesn't grow grass so I just keep killing the weeds.
