I have never in my life gotten to the point of having to go to social mediaregarding the service I've received from an apartment complex. Let me start off by saying that I don't believe that my issues are completely against the maintenance staff but partially on the office staff. I personally use to live here when it was Berkshires apartment and honestly I extremely loved it. If I ever had an maintenance issue which wasn't often it would always be completed within 24 hours. Now that I have moved back here after finding out its under a different company it takes over 2 weeks or more to get simple things done. I've called the office reporting at least 8 or more maintenance issues and out of those only half have been completed after having to call for over weeks to get it completed. I moved back here a month ago and something as simple as a wall touch up has not been done. Whenever I ask the office for a time frame of when it should be sooner their response is they don't know and it goes by the order of the list. Still to this day the touch up has not been completed but yet they sent me a email stating it was done just to later find out They closed the wrong work order. Was told they would reopen it but yet I reverently found it it was never reopened. The things that are yet to be completed are the following:
1: Touch up paint on right wall in living room from what looks to maybe been a leak from previous resident (reported 1 month ago)
2: Outlets in 2nd bathroom are not working

3: Faucet spray not working (Reported 1 week ago)
4: Air in master bedroom not working (reported approximately 3 weeks ago) (Was told by maintenance to turn our bed a different direction) There is NO AIR FlOWING PERIOD!
My wife and I are rarely home so we only notice things as time goes on. I feel that I have been very professional by speaking to 2 different office employees several times and waiting patiently. Even one of the worse apartment complexes that I've lived
I love it here. I love my apartment and the complex itself. It was so much nicer than the others I had seen when apartment searching. The rent has increased by $20 each year though, and the current office is not as punctual or appropachable as they once were. For this reason, excellent did not seem applicable.

I love living here. The complex is quiet, has a great location, the exterior is beautifully designed, and the other residents have all seemed to be very courteous and kind. The reason I gave it a Good rating instead of Excellent, is because I feel that the apartments need to begin renovation on the interiors. I have had more than a few maintenance calls on basic things, like lights going out, the garbage disposal twice, air conditioning issues. But they respond to maintenance calls ASAP.
Always room for improvement.
