THIS PLACE IS BYFAR THE NASTIEST PLACE IVE LIVED AT. THE APARTMENT STAFF DONT HELP HELP WITH ANYTHING AND THE DONT ANSWER THE PHONE AT ALL. WHEN YOU HAVE MAINTAINCE ISSUES THEY DONT CARE.. MY WHOLE HOUSE IS MOLDED AND I CURRENTLY HAVE A LAWSUIT.
Do not come here, take your money somewhere else! If you think that this is a good place to live because it is cheap and the water is included you are wrong. The electricity bill comes to $200 in my unit, me and my husband! All we have is one television! Pine Crest Apartments are awful, the whole apartment condition is just horrible. The paint off the walls and doors is chipping off! You wake up or come home to roaches appearing in your home daily. These apartments are old. The kitchen cabinets are so old the wood is falling apart. Maintenance and every single person that works in the office DOES NOT bother to help you at all. I've had to call various times to put a work order in, and to this day I have not received any service. The walls are so thin you can hear every single thing your neighbors are doing. If your neighbors smoke, best believe you and your family will smell their smoke as if they were smoking in your home. They advertise that they are a private gated community, but since day one that I have been here the gate is not running. They sent out a false newsletter saying it would be up in running in October and nothing has changed. Also, when it is raining, the entrance of the apartment complex gets so flooded that your bottom part of your vehicle is topped with water. If you do not believe me ask any one that lives here, they will tell you. The Office Management are horrible workers, you can see that they only work for money and have no interest in helping you and your experience be any better. Good luck if you decide to move in here, I am ready to be out!
As much as I really like my apartment space, the management has me seriously considering moving. They are unresponsive, uncaring, and unsafe. When I had to move unexpectedly (I lost my home in Hurricane Matthew), Pinecrest management constantly gave me conflicting information on the price, unit number, and even move-in date. Calls and voicemails to the leasing office rarely got returned. The same thing happened when I called to complain about local teens harassing me and throwing fireworks at my windows. I got no call back and when I physically went to the office the manager was incredibly unhelpful and even stated that if I could not 'work things out' with the neighbors then she would have to make us all move out?! And just recently a neighbor I'm friends with alerted me that a man has been sitting on my back steps and peeping in my windows. According to the management they can do nothing, they doubt the police can do anything, and they provided no follow up call.
BUT the Pinecrest apartment management team had no problem getting a tow truck to take away my car because it has expired tags; there was no warning and it happened right before 5pm on Friday. So now I'll have to wait two days to get it back and pay extra fees.
This is all from the same apartment complex that advertises itself as a SAFE, GATED community.
They accept section8 but only accept at certain times which makes no sense. Either you take it or not, at the time I went in someone was doing paperwork for their new apartment. So i looked online 2 weeks later they had availability but still not accepting section8 for at least 3months. None of these apartments accept the section8 voucher so don't waste your time
