Staff is polite in the office & maintenance is exceptional as well. Normally within 24 hours of placing a requests, they have come out to try to fix the problem. There is a fee for garbage pick up however, it is worth the convenience. The pool on the property is resort style & the apartments are inviting.

Fantastic staff working in the office. Very responsive & helpful if we have issues or questions. No issues with hearing noisy neighbors, excellent atmosphere for the cost.. the monthly resident events are a great idea and much appreciated. Maintence team is great and very helpful.

A lot of dog poo all over and cigarettes butts. Parking is horrible!

Thankfully, we have started a program called Pooprints that allows us to enforce pet waste pick-up. Since implementation of the program, our community grounds have been virtually pet waste free! Regarding parking, there are ample spaces available however; parking directly in front of your building can be challenging late at night at many highly occupied communities.
