I notice that a few current residents who have been here a long time before the property achieved a new owner which is RADCO, complain about maintenance! I do understand and respect that people have different experiences in life. However I must say that thus far since I've been here in very close to 1 year, I haven't had any problems. I have enjoyed and appreciated the community thus far. The apartment management is always promoting nice events for the residents at the apartment office and at the outdoor pool area. They seem to also cater a lot to the children in the community in reference to holiday events. However, I was mislead to thinking that they had 2 bathrooms available and ready at the time! I came for the tour and only one was available. I was at a crunch for time. So, Greenwood had won that deal on the 1 bathroom. My family would benefit better by having 2 bathrooms.
Love the new amenities they have given the kids .. new park and basketball court . Even placed a dog park for pets.
The location isn't too bad. It is convenient to 526 and even 26, if you don't mind driving through some awful stop lights. The grounds are relatively well maintained. Maintenance does seem to take forever though. Simple fixes are the key to how they seem to operate, yet it sure doesn't get rid of the actual problem. The washers and dryers, and card machine, that are used are not maintained by the complex. They are instead owned by another company, that takes forever to get around to doing anything. Most of the residents are okay. There are some that don't seem to know how to throw away their garbage, clean up after their dogs, and some that obviously smoke weed inside their apartments (it seeps through the ventilation). Don't care if you do it outside, but don't do it where I have to smell it when I come home.
Here are some of rules: 1. 9am - 9pm (Really)
2. "LEASE HOLDING FATHER" or legal guardian must accompany person's under 18..(totally not blended friendly)
3. Suitable bathing suit as determined by mgmt: no cuts, thongs, t-backs, G-strings, belt suits, diapers or see-through material
4. No more than 2 guests per apt. Resident of lease 18 years or more must be with Guests at all times
5. Blasphemy/reckless disruptive or excessive noice will be an immediate reason for dismissal and or permanent prohibition of pool area.

Is the pool on this property an amenity or private club pool?
The appearance is not bad, the management however is lacking professionalism by blaming problems on other employees and by not doing their job correctly the first time. I would not recommend this complex, pay a little extra somewhere else, it will be worth it.
