I love the space but the office staff don't do their job and maintenance don't fix anything. They lost my rent, important documents and have excuses and lies for not doing their job.

I made an appointment to view a model and it was confirmed via email...but when I got there (on time) all staff were on lunch. When the receptionist returned later, it was over a hour lunch, she had no clue that she had an appointment. ***Three other couples waited with us also stating that they had a appointment. Worst part was that I couldn't view any rental, the property manager who actually knows what rentals are available was not there that day, and I drove 9 freaking hours from WV for this! Beware you are in for a scare.

I live here. I am not happy with the new management that's running this place. They took down our privacy fence. Now I have to deal with the townhouse people walking through and throwing there garbage in our back space. What ever they are doing back there the dumpster is our parking space. We have to see this fill up everyday. I am tired of the kids taking a short cut to get come. Litter everywhere.

I recently moved into KRC Chester Place Townhomes and I absolutely love my new place. I chose a classic unit because it was within my budget. I was blown away because my apartment was perfect! I am so happy I found this place!
