Every time I have an issue the two ladies in the office always get things fixed. I love living here. Would not change where I wanna live
I could pretty much live anywhere in North Charleston. I live at Hampton Oaks because of the size of my apartment for the price I pay, plus I get prompt responses when I do have an issue in my apartment
Ihave nothing good about this place
I DO NOT ADVISE ANYONE TO MOVE HERE AND IF YOU DO PLEASE MAKE SURE THEY ARE NOT OVERCHARGING YOU ON A MONTHLY BASES. Just recently I moved into this apartment complex and found out towards the end of my lease that I have been overcharged since I moved here which included late fees and legal fees. I have been charged legal fees even tho it was never taking to court. i was only late due to the pay changes at my company. Anyway, I got into an accident on Jan. 7. My lease was up on March 19. So with only 2 months to go on my lease, I got an eviction notice due to me not being able to pay my rent for Jan due to the accident. Now as of March 13, i received a letter from an collection agency telling me I owe them $2925.93 like are you serious? How can that be. There is no explanation of this amount at all. Also while staying at this property, my water has been turned off several times without warning, pest control didnt come until November 2017, my AC didnt get fix until Aug 2017 along with other things.
I have only one problem. The floor above our apartment must not have any insulation. We can here dogs barking and whining, every step someone takes the floor creaks loudly. It is extremely annoying. I complained about it and was told there is nothing they can do. Well I know for a fact that something can be done and will be contacting the actual owners of the property.
