I have lived here almost 2 months and I absolutely love it. My bldg is very quiet and interior is on the level of a more expensive complex. Office and maintenance staff is friendly and proficient.

No consistency nor anything offered for extreme long time residence. Rules not enforced most definitely not the quality place I moved into near 20 yrs ago.

For such a big subdivision, apartment assignments are none done in a way to benefit all tenants. Families with multiple children should be placed in buildings that contain other children/young adults. Not placed in upstairs apartments over single or elderly tenants. Tenants with pets should share the same buildings, as well. Many tenants feel this way because of their dissatisfaction with the disorganization of the property. Good space but Apt. doors ar need to be replaced and better appliances!
