Went to sign a lease. Had the power turned on and the money order ready! There was mold on the blinds, holes in a door, mold in the dishwasher, burn on the kitchen floor, wood rot under the kitchen sink, the banister was loose, paint splatter all over every floor, the mirrors looked 60 years old! *** nothing like the model we were shown that we loved. The paint color wasnt even the same as the model. The smell as we walked in was a major turn off before we even walked in the door. Shouldve know when the doorbell didnt even work. What happened??? There was plenty of time to get it right before we actually signed the lease! Major inconvenience for me!!! Embarrassed and heart broken!!!
