Management is awful. Lived here almost 3 years and been through 3 management companies. Newest one is easily the worst. Seen tons of people moving out and not many moving in so that must mean something. Save yourself the headache and find somewhere else.

They increased the rent by more then $300.00 to current residents. What a shame to do that in this economy when people are struggling enough as it is.

Absolutely awful management. Lived here for 2 years. Previous owners/management were amazing and did everything for the community. New owners and management can run anything. Constant problems with rent payments and portal issues. Dont even try to call the office to get ahold of anyone if you have a problem. Also dont bother submitting a maintenance request, its been almost 2 months and still have a leaky roof in the laundry room. Youre better off loving somewhere else truthfully.

Old management was reasonable and great. Lived there 5 years and moved out summer of 2020. I was told different things through text and phone conversations as our lease was coming to an end. The conversations and texts were not professional. Very glad we bought a home and were able to get out. Townhome itself was ok.

The townhomes are nice but as someone stated, since Jessica left and these new people are here, they are very nasty and donate about the residents. Not sure if Betsy is still here, she is a very very sweet person. Why in the world would Evans & Evans sell to these people????

Apartments need upgrades, they cant keep office people since Jessica left. We cant get real answers from them since presida came in.
