There is a one-time non-refundable Pet Fee (per unit) plus a monthly pet charge (per unit) applied to your lease upon acceptance. If you plan to have pets living in your apartment home, please be sure to discuss with property personnel for any recent changes to this policy.

The maintenance team is awesome. They don't just patch things, they fix them so that you don't just have to call over and over again. However, we have had so many management changes. The old management team charged you for things and even when they acknowledged the mistake it took forever to have it corrected. Currently, the people we have now are really nice from the interactions that I have had, and are considerate of long time residents. I hope this is how it will be for the long term.
Ashley village apartments are good, inexpensive apartments. it would be great if their were benches at the ends of the apartments with charcoal grills to barbeque. the landscape could also use some more beauty.
Don't like to be forced to buy a product I don't want, Comcast! Came close to rating it poor because of that!
been in my apt 14 years cant getnew carpet or paint have a repair been waiting for over 2 years
I've called several times about an issue with water running into my crawl space thru the pipes in the downtown stairs bathroom. And it's still not fixed and my concerns are mold and the fact I can't run water like u need to. But the main thing is the front doors are terrible cracking and peeling I don't even one anyone to come visit. It's a full but it won't be replaced until next year that's u except able

A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents.
