Everyone is very kind and caring. Maintenance comes and changes lightbulbs and shower heads whenever you would like them to. Apartment is amazing!!! Very calm and quiet here for the most part.
I love the amount of space, and the fact that the complex is "off-the-beaten-path". I love having the ability, thanks to the elevator, of being able to live on the 4th floor and to have valet trash pick-up. The staff are all very quick to respond to any issues that may arise.
Upon arriving at my apartment showing, I was told that the apartment that I was supposed to be renting had already been taken and was not notified. They had my appointment time wrong and were very passive when showing me another apartment
Im a military vet who has lived here for 2 years through the transition from Gregorie Ferry Landing to Solomon. I have been a respectful and quiet tennant who has paid ahead of time every month I was residing here. I have had nothing but non stop dealings this year with managements erroneous filings of paperwork, incorrect charges, and orders for repairs that took nearly a month to be addressed, but I remained patient, worked through it with them, and didnt complain. My lease will be up at the end of November and so I have given written notice as of today. Lo and behold, I was informed that I will be charged though December 9th to cover the 9 days that I did not give notice, which will ultimately result in my paying well over 500.00 as they have just increasd rent by over 120.00 per month. I went to their office and pleaded with them and their manager as I gave 51 days notice; I was told that I was contacted at the beginning of the month and that these were courtesies in and of themselves. I had been working 7 days straight and today was my first opportunity to address this matter. They were dismissive and paid no regard to my good standing as a tennant or my working situation. Classless. Listen to the other reviews here and avoid at all costs.
New management and manager are terrible! Place has gone downhill since they took over.
