Everyone is very kind and caring. Maintenance comes and changes lightbulbs and shower heads whenever you would like them to. Apartment is amazing!!! Very calm and quiet here for the most part.

I love the amount of space, and the fact that the complex is "off-the-beaten-path". I love having the ability, thanks to the elevator, of being able to live on the 4th floor and to have valet trash pick-up. The staff are all very quick to respond to any issues that may arise.

The front office staff is always courteous and are great people to work with if/when needed. Same goes for maintenance. The few times they were needed to fix something, they were prompt and it was resolved right away. One of the guys even saw me walking back from the convenience store at the end of the road with a bag of ice and was concerned my ice maker wasn't working. It wasn't broke, just needed extra ice. Also, the landscaping company they have does a marvelous job week in and week out keeping up with the grounds and keeping it beautiful. Even my cat loves it here. He sits on the deck all day and watches the dogs out for their walk. The complex is in a great part of town. Close to shopping across the street and the beaches are a very short drive away! If you are looking for a great place to call home, this is it!

I have been living there for about 6 months. I love it because of the friendly staff who always there to help you, a good apartment design with good views, a perfect place near to most shopping places in Mount Pleasant, and a lot of parking areas for you and your guests, and a secure place for all buildings and main entrance gates security to have a peace of mind for your family safety.

Living nightmare. Stay far away. I dont know where they find their tenants but they are the most inconsiderate volatile people Ive ever witnessed. College dorms were quieter.

Upon arriving at my apartment showing, I was told that the apartment that I was supposed to be renting had already been taken and was not notified. They had my appointment time wrong and were very passive when showing me another apartment
