Kitchen looks like something out of the 1950s. No ice maker, cabinets laminate coming apart. Washer Dryer compartment only one door, designated for 2. Gym is a dump.

Too expensive (they say they charge so much because it's "market value" -- well too bad wages don't go up accordingly :(
