DO NOT LIVE HERE Belle Hall Apartments engages in an extremely predatory practice of requiring a 60 Day Minimum Notice to Vacate the residence from their tenants but they fail to notify tenants of this requirement except on the lease and they purposefully fail to notify residents that the 60 days is approaching. They also then charge the residents rent for any of the days past their lease agreement, up to the 60 days from giving the notice, at a Month-to-Month rental rate which is much higher than the tenant's current rental rate. They also require a Notice to Vacate form to be filled out by the tenant but also can take up to a week to respond to a notice to vacate and still do not provide the form in their initial response and will not honor initiate the notice to vacate until the form is filled out and sent to them, meaning even if you give 60 days, you could still be on the hook for a week or more of prorated month-to-month rent past the initial lease agreement. The leasing office is unresponsive and are completely hands off when it comes to any issue that does not net them more money. A class action lawsuit should be brought against them.

Poorly maintained, poorly managed apartment complex. Location to adjoining Belle Hall Shopping Center is great, but eventually, you have to go home. Grayco (owner of the property) should abandon apartment management and focus on their primary lumber business.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND ANYONE PLANNING TO MOVE THEY CHOSE BELLE HALL APARTMENTS. FIRST THE STAFF IS AMAZING AND ALWAYS WILLING TO HELP. UNLIKE MOST APARTMENTS THIS WILL CONTINUE AFTER YOU SIGN A LEASE. THE APARTMENTS, THE GROUNDS ETC ARE BEAUTIFUL. THEY ALSO HAVE FUNCTIONS DURING THE MONTH TO HELP YOU MEET YOUR NEIGHBORS. ALSO WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE IS BELLE HALL PLAZA WHICH CAN SUPPLY YOU WITH ANYTHING YOU MIGHT WANT OR NEED. I CAN TELL YOU FROM EXPERIENCE YOU WILL FEEL YOU HAVE MADE THE BEST CHOICE YOU HAVE EVER MADE. FROM THE BEGINNING I HAVE FELT IT WAS HOME. PLZ TAKE THE TIME TO COME CHECK IT OUT I KNOW YOU WILL BE PLEASED.

They dont even deserve a star. My air conditioner hasnt been fixed in two months (we did complain on June 15) and they came in and said they cant do anything about it being 80 FREAKING degrees. Its july 20th. My electric bill is almost 400$ even though there is no one there 40 hours a week. My granny lives in house built in the 20s and the highest hers has ever been or even our neighbors here is 250$ dont live here
