What Renters Like and Dislike

What Renters Like and Dislike About Mount Pleasant

We are right across the street from two really great local restaurants. We are also about 10 to 15 minutes away from shopping and popular areas so it is far enough to feel safer but close enough that it's not boring. We also have a not of fun activities down the street like bowling, a movie theater, and axe throwing.

It is a small neighborhood with fairly new Low Country style cottages. We can walk to a park across the street, and there is a community mailbox at the dead end of the neighborhood with lock boxes, so no worries about going away and someone taking my mail.

It is a gated community with great service and security. We have a private golf course that our members can use. A fancy restaurant is located inside of our neighborhood.

Close enough to walk for almost anything I need. Grocery drug store coffee shop auto repair hardware store

The neighborhood is very well maintained. My favorite local restaurant is Burton's. I love going to restaurants and breweries with friends.

The oak tree preserve it is located inside of and the west facing view for enjoying sunsets. It also is close to a city bus pickup and just a few minutes drive to grocery stores and other popular retailers and restaurants.
