The Ranch at Cooper River

I am waiting for approval but the experience of doing the application was a wonderful. Amber was excellent at putting us at ease and showing so much pride in the property and all the improvements and the focus she has of finding the right tenants which we met a few...anxiously awaiting my approval. I want to be a part of that community because if the few represented the whole that is going to be an incredible place to live...thank you Amber

I would not recommend living here. The ceilings are peeling, maintenance never came on time to fix the issues in the apartment on time, always had to go behind him to get things done. The hot water heater always bursts and floods the apartment. Tenant disputes are never resolved, you are on your own if you have issues. The central air always is messing up, you will not be reimbursed if you have to go to a hotel because the apartment is hot. The best thing to do is not move here. Rent went up and these apartments were built in the 70s. That tells you all you need to know.

Searching for a decent apartment for my family and my spouse found The Ranch. We were shown a renovated unit which looked beautiful but then spoke with a few residents and found out most units have cabinets rotting, water leaks, broken AC units and they have been told management is "hiring" a maintenance man. One family who graciously showed us their unit said they have tried reaching out to someone other than the office lady and no one will help. Definitely would NOT recommend to my worst enemy.
