What Renters Like and Dislike

What Renters Like and Dislike About Moncks Corner

It is surrounded by other neighborhoods so a lot of people right around you. Lots of nice people living in the neighborhood.

Everyone pretty much knows everyone. Basically everyone walks their dogs in the neighborhood and speaks to everyone they meet.

My neighborhood is unfortunately pretty far out and away from many store but the ones that are closest are fairly good. There is a lot of outside space for children and family to play and enjoy one another

I like my neighborhood because it is more or less off the beaten track. I like that our HOA has rules that must be obeyed.

I really like the styles of the homes and the how colorful the houses are. The nature trail is a very nice walk, and the park and pool are well maintained. The elementary school is right in the front of the neighborhood and there is a great choice of restaurants within walking distance, and also a brand new Publix grocery store.

Country area everyone knows their neighbors, quiet and safe. Great area to raise kids, pets and livestock
