River Oaks Villas

I am just moving in but if everything goes as well as it has so far, I'll be here for a long time! The staff is awesome! This place is beautiful. I haven't met any neighbors except in passing but everyone seems friendly. So happy with this choice!!

The apartments are lovely and a fabulous layout. We rarely hear our neighbors due to the way these were built the sound proofing is great. The office managers are helpful, kind and accommodating. We love the walking paths and the gym. The pool is beautiful. The neighbors for the most part are very friendly and some like to gather in the community center for holidays together. We love living here and realize no place is going to be perfect. We did just get new maintenance people which was totally needed. When we moved into our apartment it wasn't perfect. Lots of paint drips on the flooring & down one of the doors. The moldings paint touch ups were missed in a couple spots too. Nothing a double check with a different set of eyes couldn't catch. The master bedroom carpet had a pot odor to it which could have also been caught with a check system in place. More trips around the development paying attention to detail is also needed. Especially after an outside contractor finishes working on a project. When the landscapers trim the bushes they also remove too much of the beautiful mulch that I'm sure the community spent a lot of money to buy and install. When the sprinklers were installed, the installers left the mound of unleveled ground around every location install. When the runoff for the pond was completed, the installers patched the walking path which now is a crumbled mess wherever a patch is at. The landscapers should patch the uneven grass areas as they walk over them as they are mowing instead of leaving trip hazards. Most neighbors with dogs do clean up after them. An occasional dog poop will be spotted around the community off the walking paths. Don't plan on this being your forever home...the rent will continue to be raised and price you out of affording living here.

I have been a resident here for 7 mos. I am very pleased with the office staff, Rachel and Holly. Helpful , knowledgeable and friendly. The area is clean. Drop stations for doggie doo are kept well supplied and emptied regularly.. Neighbors are friendly but not intrusive. I feel safe and am pleased with the maintenance crew as well. They respond quickly and efficiently. Overall I feel safe as well its a charming neighborhood with very well kept amenities. Not planning a move any time soon.

Been here a little over a week. A few repairs, but office and maintenance very nice and quick. Community is very quiet and well kept! Love it so far!
