First off let me say Megan is working on a solution to all the madness if she is able to push through that magic solution we discussed I will edit this post and give the property 1 to 5 stars. Because they then would have really gone above and beyond to accommodate my husband and I.
Now for the truth as weve only been here a little over a month. It all starts with our neighbors upstairs on the third floor whom have had 4 major arguments and two children these people make noises at all hours of the day and night! So bad I had to start recording it in case (it got to that point) my husband and myself are both disabled and I was in a lot of pain one night ,crying from my pain these said neighbors whom literally have made nonstop noise every day from the moment we took keys! They decided to call the police on us for a domestic disturbance? Really? Mind you them their selves had 4 arguments but did we call the police on them? And they were actually arguing well over 10-15-20 minutes long each.
If that wasnt bad enough the Assistant Manager Ashley? Will lie right to your face and not blink and eye and actually goes to church!! We are paying an additional $167 a month for upgrades granite, stainless steel appliances, and new carpet. She told us while signing our lease that maintenance is usually very quick to act within 48 hours of a work order being created. Well how about we had two cabinets that needed repaired that we had to report to the office multiple times one of the cabinets was barely hanging on and we have a senior cat whom is going on 18 years old that the cabinet almost hit in the head! It was that much off the hinges! The other? The paint was peeling off the top looking tacky. So when did they finally get out to fix the cabinets issue? Over two weeks later! Then they put an ahesive on the other cabinet with tape over it. Well that didnt work and Ashley told not only myself but my husband too if it didnt that we would go with getting a new one.

Been here 3 months!!! Love it! The lake access is awesome! Neighbors are friendly. Office staff is on point! Everyone has been so helpful and very pleasant. The grounds are always clean. I feel safe. So convenient to gas, food, and fun! Now, the traffic at times can be a beast!!! ... just say patience is a virtue! Needless to say this is a great place to live!

Love the location, the two staff members I have met were so friendly and professional. Ive driven through the development several times and spoke to people that live there , all happy. Waiting on an opening!

Simply beautiful! Just Camparing the distance to my daughter in Matthews . Will make my decision soon and you guys dont have a 1 bedroom available
