What Renters Like and Dislike

What Renters Like and Dislike About Lake Wylie

It's quiet. Family friendly. Not a lot of traffic. Not a lot of noise from street around our neighborhood. Not too far from town. Local businesses are super friendly

I like going to the beach. Nothing unique but it is near a coffee shop! Its ok to live here but the area has been invaded with undesirables figuring the cops wont notice them here.

Its not unique at all. We go to the beach a lot. To the breweries and restaurants. Its very beachy.

it is family land has been for Generations nothing but family and will be for generations to come I bet you that

We enjoying be outdoors. Walking in the neighborhood regularly. We support Local restaurant. Parks and trails are not very far.
