When we first moved in , the place was quiet, not a lot of neighbors. The management was great and handled issues in a timely manner. Now, this place has gone down. No one adheres to the noise ordinance. It's impossible to get a good night's rest because the building is cheaply made and you can hear every noise possibly made. People in and out of their apartments 1 am in the morning and don't bother contacting management, they never respond to your complaints and don't answer the phones. The dog waste bins are filled with actual garbage so there's no where to place your pets waste. Dog poo all over the property, garbage bins left out all day and night with trash spilled in the breezeway. Large wasp nests on every building so you can't even enjoy your patios. Please they are way better places to live.

The apartments themselves are nice and the maintenance staff is very nice. Thats about where it ends. The leasing office doesnt know what they are talking about half the time and is bad at telling you the correct information. As pretty as the apartments look they are built cheap, you can hear everything in the building from your living room. Conversations in the apartments next to you, people talking outside on the walkway and if you live near anyone with dogs expect to hear every tiny bark. I have no problem with dogs but compared to other apartments we have lived in these walls are paper thin. Military beware, they have to follow the sailors release act by law but god forbid you are a couple days after the pay period because you cant control the navys horrible timing and you should just expect to pay the whole months rent for the next month no pro rates. (Even though they will probably try to fill this apartment as soon as we arent here.) We told them we were going to have orders august 26th but without hard orders they cant do anything obviously but I still wanted them to be aware hoping that would count, they told us to come back with the hard orders. We paid our rent the 31 of August and had our hard orders September 3rd and brought them in saying we will be moved out by October 6th. We will be paying the entire $1345 for 6 days, then moving directly into our new apartment on the 6th and also paying rent for that month. Also we are having to keep renters insurance in this apartment and the next plus electricity till October 30th or they told us they will charge us for the rest of the month it is back in their name. They also dont like to mention at the beginning before you sign your lease that they are gonna charge you $150 to have the 2 carpets in the bedrooms shampooed when you leave, so that is another surprise. Way better apartments in the area that are better with military families, take your money elsewhere!!!

Gorgeous 1 bedroom apartment. Fantastic location and excellent selection of amenities. Looking forward moving in.,relocating from D.C. In Aug glad to be welcomed by this community
