Staff is polite in the office & maintenance is exceptional as well. Normally within 24 hours of placing a requests, they have come out to try to fix the problem. There is a fee for garbage pick up however, it is worth the convenience. The pool on the property is resort style & the apartments are inviting.

Fantastic staff working in the office. Very responsive & helpful if we have issues or questions. No issues with hearing noisy neighbors, excellent atmosphere for the cost.. the monthly resident events are a great idea and much appreciated. Maintence team is great and very helpful.

Ive been here for two days and its been one thing after another. these walls are made out of cardboard. I had a neighbor come upstairs and tell me she heard me stopping. Im 130 pounds and live alone theres no way that she heard me stomping. people are complaining about every little noise that you make. there is no parking! when I moved in I was not given any information as far as fitness center codes trash valet I had no idea about anything. there was no welcome packet. When I sat down with the girl in the office and picked up my keys she told me absolutely nothing she didnt even offer to take me over to the apartment to show it to me . all they wanted to do was take my money which by the way, if they send you over a lease online and youre doing it on your phone pay careful attention because I was told I had a zero dollar deposit . When I came in to pick up the keys all of a sudden I had a whole $935 Dollar deposit to pay so they sneak that in on you. just beware!! it seems like all they care about is getting your money and then they dont wanna have anything to do with you. Ive been here for two days and its been nothing but problems! just beware. there are plenty of other apartment complexes out there for the same amount of money that are a lot newer and better built !!!!!!

All the staff was very accommodating and would respond to any issue very promptly. The grounds were always very clean and well kept. Safety was high on my list when looking for places to rent, and they kept the complex very safe with key fobs, gates, and deadbolts on the doors. Never had issues with parking and all the people living there were very nice. Very quite, some younger neighbors and some younger, so it had a good mix.
