I feel that the staff is friendly. If there was ever an issue with my rental unit, they were quick to respond and always provided an accurate estimate of when issues would be resolved. Family friendly neighborhood is always a plus.
Large living area with a great price for what you get!
Needs to be kept up better new carpet or just title them so no need for carpt and things need to be fixed up more, fences all mold around them, title broke and even if your renting these should be taken care of a little painting outside. Screens in windows need to fit so you can open up so bugs do not come in.
The apartment itself is very nice; new appliances, spacious, tile floors, etc. Some cons were: No space outside (very cramped between other units), very limited parking and strict limitations, no amenities, sharing property with a building that is separate from Growden estates that has a playground that Growden estates residents are not allowed to use close to a busy highway/interstate No room for bike riding and other related activities no closet space except for the bedrooms
After living here for a year & 4 months I would say that communicating with the realtors is great but getting something fixed is a hassle. It took over 5 months to get a new microwave after the door handle was broken. Our kitchen faucet handle was broken for 2 months & it took a few calls for someone to come and fix it.
