I have lived in The Grove for six years. When I first moved into The Grove my husband and I needed somewhere to move in quickly, with reasonable pricing, and not too far from downtown. The Grove is nice & quite community with friendly neighbors. You always want a neighbor where you can call up to borrow a cup a sugar or help someone out. Also, if I ever have any concerns with your apartment or the neighborhood the property manager and maintenance man have been quickly to respond.
The amenities are exceptional and beautifully maintained.
Small # of apts, not too crowded, get to know neighbors
I really have enjoyed my time here. My only recommendation would be to maybe have some lounge chairs around the pool area.
I have never visited this property. I sent an email asking one very important question. I finally got a reply 5 days later, which was a standard form and did not answer my questions. I'll look for somewhere more responsive that actually pays attention.
