What Renters Like and Dislike

What Renters Like and Dislike About James Island

I love the animal live, deer, birds , hummingbirds. Across my road are horses. I like to garden. I do native gardening to help our Pollinators

I like the affordability of the area, so we are able to have a sizable yard, which is not common around here. It is close to downtown. I feel like the property value will increase.

People own unique pets such as chickens, a goat, and mini horses. A couple restaurants, movie theatre and a dock 5-10 minute walk away. I like going to watch the sunset on the water with my family

Quiet neighborhood with not much crime. Close to major roads so can get to west ash or downtown quickly

I like going to marino's pizza shop. It has great service and even better food. It has been handed down through generations.

What I like about my neighborhood is that is very quiet at night and safe for now and we love the area because of the nice view.
