I LOVED this apartment! If it was not for moving to Houston, TX, I would still be here! The management staff is amazing. However, my hat goes off to maintenance. They handle things incredibly promptly and are friendly. There are children everywhere. Therefore, safety is of high importance. I cant sing this place's praises enough!

The old management was good. The new management is terrible and rude. Prices have gone up and things are not well maintained. The gate at the front was broken for months. That kind of defeats the concept of a gated community.
You have been warn! At first the staff is friendly when they want your money. But when it comes to handling complaints and willingness to comprise youll get IGNORED. For example, one irritating neighbor played music so loud at 6am in the morning regularly that I and others can hear across the apartment complex. Needless to say, that building tenant left the apartment while the culprit still lives there. Go figure! I feel sorry for the neighbors I spoke with, who have to complete their lease or paid a penalty to terminate early. I also, moved out and was charged with everything imaginable. I told the leasing manager that I will be leasing for a short period of time and be moving out at the end of the lease. Then received a billed with the following month rent and other fees totaling over $1200 when my rent was $695. The leasing manager I agreed with doesnt work there any longer (how convenient) and the regional manager wont help or even comprise. But simply stated that the $1200+ must be paid or it will go against your credit and you cant rent anywhere. No one should have to pay rent when they dont live there any longer. If you are desperate (like I was) you can still do better! Rent somewhere else and avoid Ardmore apartments and its affiliate https://ardmore.apartments/. You have been warned!
