I have no complaints about this apartment complex. I really did enjoy living there for the two years that I did. I lived on the top floor so it was very quiet, but I heard from others that if you're on the first or second floors, noise is an issue. So I definitely recommend an apartment on the top floor. The only reason I left the complex was because of the increases in rent each year. After two years of living there, I was able to buy a three bedroom house, with a large fenced in yard with a mortgage payment less than what I was paying for a one bedroom apartment at the Enclave at Bailes Ridge. The house is only about 15 minutes away from the complex so it seemed like a no-brainer to leave when I did with the rent going up so much each year.
The maintenance staff seemed on top of things - though I never had to make a request during my two years there - and the management team seemed to do a good job about policing the rules and regulations such as trash in the breezeways and smoking in the breezeways.
My apartment was flooded 2 months ago, on Sunday. My husband called the maintenance person. The maintenance person went to the 3rd floor apartment and fix the issue.
Next day maintenance person come to dry the area around the light fixers.
I was expecting at list an email from management with apologies.
I've lived here over 2 years and absolutely love it. It is quite and everyone is very friendly and helpful. Anytime I've needed help, the response has been quick and friendly. I would recommend this complex to anyone.
This is the filthiest place I have ever seen. It is very neglected. Breezeways had bugs and spiders all over the place. I lived there 6 months with a washing machine that rocked the whole apartment and when I left it still was not fixed. My husband had to clean the filters because they were never cleaned. He also had to sweep the hallways because the webs were hanging down over the hallways. After all the complaining I had to pay a month's rent to get out of my lease. I would not recommend this complex to anyone who likes comfortable livingl.
The property is well maintained, quiet, clean, friendly neighbors, brand new - resort kind of environment, love my unit and the feeling of being safe, management team knows me by name and always willing to hear my opinions and help however they can. The maintenance team could use some tips on how to be more friendly/warm and fuzzy and less sterile/mean mug appearance.
