Well maintained. Great tennis courts and lazy river a mix of aged slthough many seniors there are also young families

A small island off South carolina. I like to walk on the beach and exercising everyday. This island is five miles away from the beach.

relatively close walking distances to food stores and clothing stores, thrift stores near by that i really like and really good restaurants aswell. we like going for Chinese food that is right by the neighborhood

Double gated community with scenic areas. Bike paths that are easily accessible. Very convenient to restaurants and grocery stores. All the families enjoy relaxing at the community pool or communal beach.

There are multiple Lagoons and golf courses. There is no clearcutting of the woods. There are restaurants and grocery stores nearby.

Main Street has a lot nice stores and small restaurants. There are many pools in our neighborhood. TJs is also very good pizza.
