previewed a unit currently occupied by a friend-she is new to the area - apartment had not been cleaned., the carpet is filthy and roaches abound. Unit was not painted or made fresh. SC Landlord Tenant Act states a residential rental is to be kept in clean and sanitary condition. The common hall area smells really bad and most uninviting for not only the resident but any guest as well. Property needs attention and perhaps better management.

Staffing was very helpful. Property owners could have maintained property better. Corridors were nasty and remodeling should have been alot better

This place is a roach motel masquerading as luxury apartments. They claim they are upgraded. Look at the cabinets... they are falling apart, and they stuck wood grain doors on them. What an upgrade. My shower leaked into my kitchen. They said that was normal. They zip tied my door on. Also normal. Roaches everywhere. The pool was never clean. The maintenance people are nice, but they never actually maintain anything. My electric bill was 400$ a month the entire time I lived in this dump

The apartments are situated nicely in a generally quiet area, decent amenities (though the machines in the laundromat need to be better serviced), pretty spacious units. Trees make the spot look cozy and nice. Domestic situations from time to time bring out the cops. Disputes settled and then it's quiet again. So be aware of that. Does not exactly ruin the experience, though, because it's not everyday. But your experience living here WILL be ruined with ROACHES. I don't care how clean you keep your place, roaches will be there. This place was getting regularly treated (and the issue still not resolved, but better) with pest control services before Covid-19 and two different services were used. After Covid-19 set in, treatments stopped which made the issue much worse. You could only request treatment thru the office and they might as well have been treating with water because the chemicals used didn't do much. Then they started with a new pest control company And their treatment is supposed to last up to 3 months, but less than a week after the treatment saw bugs and now it's a ridiculous amount of roaches everyday. What they need to do is treat outside around the buildings and then treat indoors. This area is INFESTED with roaches. I hate walking into my kitchen because I know I'll see them. I bought a new lining for my door to maybe seal it and keep them out. That didn't work. I keep my place clean and spray bug spray often to act as a barrier to kill or deter them. Not working as much anymore. I will not be here forever and I'm glad. The roaches have RUINED my stay. I used to like it here.

Stuff is rude , plumbing sucks, property management won't do anything about inconsiderate neighbors , laundry mat is unreliable,pool was closed most the summer and complained about bug problem it took them forever to get anyone out here and still there's a problem and I was not the only one to complain about the bug issue . I refuse to renew my lease with this place it's gone way down hill

Giving 5 stars ONLY because the previous manager Laura is back now. Before her 3 whole teams of management terrible failed to get anything done. I know Laura very well. She is able to finally turn things around for the better. She is hardworking and she a goal getter from Chicago. It’s not gonna be easy Laura and it will take a few month. Everybody please give her a chance. Thanks

Ever since new management and ownership has taken over, things are slowly turning around. Both the office staff and maintenance are much more attentive and efficient. Renovations are happening on the property and with community events starting again, its really coming together nicely.
