Terrible just Terrible have been having a bug problem for a few months now and still no pest control have gone in the office numorus times to ask and all I get are excuses oh we changed owners oh they are coming next week oh they will be there tomorrow used to be a good place but its gone down hill big time I hate it here and will not resign my lease trust me take your money elsewhere
For the price I pay I would expect better service and housing. Maintenance takes to long; apts outdated; walls to thin; bad parking, lines need to be repainted; laundry facility does not adequately meet residents needs, machines always broke; potholes everywhere. Poor management staff; more attention payed to there wants than the residents; their children are allowed to use the golf cart as a toy to ride around the complex, shooting fireworks from the back as they drove on one occasion.
I live in the front where the townhouse are at and when it rains the whole area floods, not a little of water, a lot where parking is non existence. Twice my apartment have flooded from the neighbor toilet behind me. Six years here and was told that they can't replace the carpet.
This is NOT a place for families. Awful amenities (the gym is the only decent amenity) Terrible laundry facilities ( 4-6 working washers and 10 dryers for 60+ units is not nearly sufficient. Also our floor is made of spongy plastic and has torn just from walking on it. And my kitchen doesn't have one serviceable drawer or cabinet. Things have fallen on us multiple times. The floors are so thin that I hear every single word spoken by my upstairs neighbors. Our apartment has flooded 4x in 6mo.
They are good at what they do
