      Hello my name is J Scott, me and my wife is excited for this opportunity to be able to express how much we appreciate Vita, Kristi & the maintenance crew on how helpful, respectful, and quick responding they are on situations. We have been here 9yrs and love the continuous improvement in the area and on the property. Thank God for them Ive always wanted to show my appreciation for them all and hope this will give everyone a chance to know that they are some loving, professional people.       Sedgefield apartments is a very nice place to live... going to the grocery store, not too far from the apartments.

      Lived there a year ago. HORRIBLE PLACE: broken amenities, had a roach infestation, turning on a bedroom light caused the breaker to flip and produce an electric bolt, and they painted over everything that was broken or just GROSS, such as previous tenants hair and dead roach bodies were forever painted to the wall. Place always smelled like cigarettes. Don't trust positive reviews, they offered tenants a deduction on rent if they gave a positive review and showed the screenshot. DO NOT LIVE HERE
