    This place is a scam. They charged my roommates and I for random fees without telling us, hurting our credit and costing us more in late fees. We would have saved money if we chose a slightly more expensive apartment. When we lived there the apartment was disgusting. Dirty water would drip from our shower faucet and our toilets were constantly broken.

    place is dirty and sucks, dog fecies everywhere, never do what they say and rent goes Up every year

    Never do the things they say they will, there is always debris Everywhere, trash everywhere, Definitely not a place that I would recommend....

    Been living here going on 4 years and each year I renew the lease the rent goes up...We are paying for the SAME features but at a higher expense!!! When you apply they check to see if you could afford the unit but once you are in they dont take in consideration of that when they up the rent!!!!The carpet should be REPLACED after 3 years because the cleaning service SUCKS!!!

    It's great for me far as location,it's not too aweful expensive,but rent has increased every year and there hasn't been many updates or advancements to warranty such increases,but it a busness,like any other.

    I've been a resident here for five years. I was a home owner before this. I know the tasks involved in keep up and maintaining. The staff here are great at taking care of your needs and your concerns. I'm totally satisfied with my entire experience here.
