The first thing Ill start with is.. if Pegasus Residential is managing this property, RUN!! We lived a complete nightmare dealing with this so called management team that actually prefers to NOT WORK. Also, during our 15 month lease term.. the dishwasher worked for ALL OF 3 MONTHS and the district manager herself said they didnt have to provide a working appliance such as a dishwasher, as the only requirements on their behalf are working hot water/heat/AC as well as boldly making other statements (WHEN she felt like responding). Its also ILLEGAL to remove negative reviews which I also called out to corporate, as well as office staff. Its VERY outdated, extremely dirty (esp for the price you pay) and youll learn some certain residents are allowed to do anything outside of community rules with no repercussions. And GOOD LUCK ever talking to Holly the property manager. She will lie and say she isnt in office & have her staff also lie for her or she just really never shows up. Some property manager. SAVE YOUR TIME, STRESS AND $$$$

Is a very good place to live with your family and every time they care about you every month to go to you house to do maintence and they dont even ask money for thats what is very good.

I loved living at The Channel. There are so many great amenities like the walking trails, lazy river and gym! My dog and I would always walk to the dock located in the back of the property. The staff was so lovely and worked with me diligently. 10/10 recommend living here!

started my application process on the 6th of January. I couldnt even receive a contract when my boyfriend went in person on one occasion and when I went a separate occasion I was still unable to receive a contract. I was told after I paid on Saturday without receiving an updated copy of the correct contract that I would not get it till Tuesday. I paid provided all the necessary paperwork and could not even get a correct contract by the 25th. I did not feel welcomed or that my needs/concerns would be acknowledged in the future. Also when I went in person Saturday an employee was not wearing a mask the entire time during a pandemic and was hanging up on people who were calling while I was sitting in the lobby. Hanging up on people? Nothing about my experience was pleasant. I just hope to prevent someone the struggle and stress that I went through in just applying. Not a good sign !
