The office and maintenance personnel do a great job, they go out of their way to help. The grounds are always clean and groomed, people are friendly, place is quite, when I have had a problem with something in the apartment, maintenance is on it right away, my kids when they visit say they feel like I live at a resort. In the summer the pool area is hoping, people barbecuing and/or playing corn hole. I could not be happier with the place or the town of Greer.
Staff are very pleasant
I don't normally do reviews, but I feel the need to express my concerns. No one asked me to do a review so it is not going to be the typically positive "awesome staff" review as the rest seem to be. My husband and I have been at West Chase Apartments since March of this year. Danielle (leasing agent) was amazing. She was so polite and professional. This is our 1st apartment in 15+ years as we lived in a brick home in the country. At West Chase apartments We pay $1205.00 a month. We were not able to use the amenities for the 1st 3 months of living here. In June the pool was opened on Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday only and from 9-5 business hours. Basically when everyone is at work. The capacity is ridiculously low at 12 occupants. The gym is still closed and has not reopened at all. Since being at West Chase we haven't been able to use the gym even once. We have expressed concern multiple times but management is having to follow Sealy Guidelines... which are absurd. The amenities are the reason we and other future residents are choosing west Chase apartments. It is not right to continue to charge residents the same rate as if the amenities were fully available.
Sealy Realty has not hired anyone to come and maintain the amenities full time as many other apartments have done for their residents. At West Chase a resident is volunteering to help. They have also not done anything to offer residents at least a discount for not having the full use of amenities.
It is time something is done to allow residents FULL ACCESS to what they are paying for.
I enjoy this property. It is great for a first year teacher as it offers a discount for them! It is nice and quiet!
This is a very dated apartment. The office staff is rude and unprofessional. There is dog poop everywhere and the place is run down.
