Management team is very professional. Always planning fun events for everyone to enjoy. Maintenance staff is knowledgable, provide timely service, very efficient. We absolutely love living here and would highly recommend to anyone looking for an apartment home.
The staff frequently goes out of their way to make this, not only a great place to live, but a great community. The buildings and grounds are well cared for, and any issues are immediately and appropriately addressed. The community events are frequent and well organized. A full list things that make the Preserves at West View a great place to live would be a few miles long.
I am very pleased living here. Have been here since 2015 with no complaints. Maintenance is VERY "Johnny-on-the-spot" and fixes things quickly! Customer service is excellent. I really have no complaints. Most recently they offered my rent renewal with no increase--which was greatly appreciated! I feel like they work with you and really want to get to to know their residents. I did ask for a more modern carpet before moving in, which they took care of. (The model they showed me had modern carpet, but not every apt has the same carpet).
Apartments are spacious with quality appliances. If there is an issue they are quick to send out emails. This helps with my busy schedule. They also have events often (free food!) which allow me to get to know my neighbors. They really do deserve the 5 stars.

What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
Because reviews are from Certified Residents, and are managed by a third party, you can feel confident that the feedback provided is accurate and trustworthy.
