Beautiful community and great apartment layouts. Great location, too.
It is a very beautiful place and I would highly recommend anyone who may be looking for luxury living at an affordable price
Apartments are new with most of the bells and whistles that would be expected in a new apartment. Most neighbors are very friendly.
With that being said, at the tune of nearly $1300 in rent each month, there is much that is lacking. The grounds are littered with trash, dog poop, and cigarette butts around all of the buildings. The breezeways are littered, cluttered, and not maintained. The pool (one of the only reasons I chose an apartment over a house) is out of control every evening when I come in from work - which is when I would love to feel welcome and relaxed by the pool. The gate to the pool is accessible by anyone (no pass or key needed) leaving it open to anyone who drops by. It appears that a few residents may have decided that this should be the community pool for ALL of their friends and relatives. The trash is often overflowing, there is horse playing, yelling, music blasting, broken glass, trash in the filters being cleaned out by residents at the pool which makes the pool look nasty as it cant filter properly. Grills are supposed to be 15 feet from the building, but some use open flame grills right next to their plastic patio railing. Many dogs are off leashes and there are several aggressive breed dogs (one that belongs to a staff member on site). There are at least a few of the staff who live on site and it would be impossible for them not to see all of the things mentioned here.
I moved my family here for a calm, clean, family atmosphere. If that is what you are looking for as well, I would look at some of the other beautiful apartments available in the area. I would not recommend here.
