The rent is too over priced for the apartment. The apartments are just remodeled from the outside. In the inside of my apartment the air conditioning unit is old and it over heats and turns off frequently. As regards to paying rent, there is a $150 late fee for rent paid after the 2nd of every month which I think is ever unreasonable.

If no stars were possible that would be what I would give them. Polos at Hudson Corner offered my family and I an apartment for $1014 if we applied the same day. We paid the application fee, and we accepted for the apartment. Two weeks after being accepted I get a call saying they have to raise the price of the apartment because it needs to be renovated after being offered a price, i was unhappy with this option so I was offered a refund of the $99 application fee. After two months of waiting for my refund never came in the mail so i called back and asked what was going on and was told that i would get a call back that never happened. I called back again to figure out where the $99 had gone, and was told that I am only going to receive 67 dollars back because they were charged for the background check. Not only did they did they offer me an apartment for the wrong price now I am getting scammed more than $20 for something I was in no control of. Pam the manager told me to call corporate and hung up the phone and would not answer until I called from a different number in order to get the corporate number. STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE AND SAVE YOUR VALUABLE TIME!!

Thank you for taking the time to review our community. It was unfortunate that we were not able to meet your parents need for a new home. However, we have to keep the portion of the $99 that went to the application fee. This is standard practice in keeping with our policies and treating everyone the same, since we are charged for running the credit and background check.

I lived at the Polos for a year and while i lived there i would highly recommend them but since moving out i would not recommend them. I moved out after a year because i was relocating to a different state. Prior to moving out i was informed that i would receive my deposit refund 6 - 8 weeks after moving out and its been 12 weeks and i still haven't received it. I have reached out several times via email and calling and i haven't received an answer, they do not reply to my emails or return my missed calls.

There are two groups of people that usually write reviews, the impressed group and the disappointed group. I wish i was writing my review based on being impressed but i am disappointed. A process that shouldn't be very difficult has proved to be for me the last few weeks.
