Online listing wasn't clear on availability. Called and was told 2 different prices for the same apartment depending on what least start date I chose. I attempted to call back several times, and emailed to solidify the arrangement. No response to any communications. I tried to do the online application, but it wanted over $200 with no guarantee of availability, and no guarantee of rent amount.

I was shown an apartment with new appliances and given a quote for monthly rent. However, after signing a lease they informed me they quoted the wrong price for an apartment with new appliances. I asked to see what the apartment would look like for the price the quoted. What I was shown was still nice so I decided not to back out of lease. When I actually moved in the appliances were much older than what I was told I would have. Instead of an over the stove microwave I was given a small countertop one. There is very little countertop space to begin with. When I complained they said there was nothing they could do. Several of the appliances do not work well (stove, disposal, etc.)We have made several noise complaints as well. Dogs bark constantly, even through the night.

Love my neighbors. It is all the room I need and I don't feel like I'm closed in. I'm happy.

The rent is too over priced for the apartment. The apartments are just remodeled from the outside. In the inside of my apartment the air conditioning unit is old and it over heats and turns off frequently. As regards to paying rent, there is a $150 late fee for rent paid after the 2nd of every month which I think is ever unreasonable.

If no stars were possible that would be what I would give them. Polos at Hudson Corner offered my family and I an apartment for $1014 if we applied the same day. We paid the application fee, and we accepted for the apartment. Two weeks after being accepted I get a call saying they have to raise the price of the apartment because it needs to be renovated after being offered a price, i was unhappy with this option so I was offered a refund of the $99 application fee. After two months of waiting for my refund never came in the mail so i called back and asked what was going on and was told that i would get a call back that never happened. I called back again to figure out where the $99 had gone, and was told that I am only going to receive 67 dollars back because they were charged for the background check. Not only did they did they offer me an apartment for the wrong price now I am getting scammed more than $20 for something I was in no control of. Pam the manager told me to call corporate and hung up the phone and would not answer until I called from a different number in order to get the corporate number. STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE AND SAVE YOUR VALUABLE TIME!!
